Answers:
conselt your vet
Do you have a shovel %26 a shoe box?
Tell your friend to stop making sweet love to his guinea pig, he likely wrecked it somehow.
Take it to the SPCA before it dies.
Sorry but your guinea pig is going to die. Blood in stool (poop) is a tall tell sign of this.

All you can do at this point is try to make him/her comfortable if you cannot take him to the vet.
First of all if you weren't prepared to provide veterinary care for an animal when you took it on as a pet, then you aren't a responsible pet owner.

However, all you can do is damage control now and syringe feed it (BY MOUTH) some fluids and baby food vegetables like carrots. It is possible the poor thing is just impacted to the point where it cannot poop normally anymore and is more or less constipated. Have you checked its bum area? Is it a male pig? Have you been cleaning out the goo gland? Has it been having normal shaped poops?

If it has started having seizures, it may very well be too late and you will wake up to a dead pig. If that is the case, let this be a lesson to you before you run out and get another. Pocket pets need veterinary care too so if you can't afford it, don't ever get one. Get a fish or a hermit crab instead.
