she's eating very well and not making any squeeling noises. So I'm pretty sure that she isn't in any pain or showing any signs of being in any. She share's her cage with another guniea pig who doesn't seem to have anything wrong her so far.

Yeah usually when you have more than one in a cage they tend to hoard food so the other won't eat it all. They stuff their cheeks just like almost all rodents
it might be broken..or infected tooth.something like maybe.or just what they said earlier

Probably has something to do with a tooth in that area-may have a abscess since guinea pigs teeth grow and need to always have stuff to chew on,like hay,wood(only from pet store for the sap is all dried out-sap is poisonous, one of her teeth may not be aligned right(comes from inbreeding)and has grown too much-tooth from the top could be irritating lower gum-the only way to find out is to have your pet checked by a Vet for only a Vet can check the back teeth, could be a cut that's become irritated causing swelling. the fact that it is swollen is not normal (your guinea pig can be in pain without showing much sign-will only squeal at sharp sudden pain but not a constant ache. It doesn't make any sense that when here is obviously something Wrong, your pet has a abnormal condition and if not checked by a vet can steadily get worse which can quite possibly cause serious problems-infection can spread into the body and blood system-serious problem but not if handled early,when first noticed--it will also cost a lot more. It may just be a slight injury from play But you won't know until Vet check her-we her can only guess for only examination will tell You can wait till Monday or take to a Emergency Clinic-open when regular Vets are closed and some open 24 hrs. If I'm not sure whats wrong with one of my pets my rule is to always take to the vet for would hate to have them really sick when all I had to to was get checked
