Off IT!
spring a few dollars and take him to a vet, my opinion it's from his bum and not good.
I THINK THAT MEANS THAT HE NEED TO GET SHOTS I THINK OR HE IS SICK
It could be a couple things. Rodents are prone to wet tail though most common in hamsters, if this is the cause you need to get him to a vet immediately and get him on anti-biotics. He could also be trying to mark his territory which male rabbits do. Either way if you are concerned get him to a vet. If it is wet tail look at it's eyes if they are not bright then he is very sick.

Wet tail is like a diarrhea and most of the time it can be cured if caught early enough. If his eyes are clear I would say he is trying to mark his territory. Just to be on the safe side take him to the vet.
dont know much about rabbits, but i have a few guinea pigs. you might want to take him to the vet, it might be a urinary tract disorder.
The rabbit could have a problem with its anal glands. These are too glands that are located at "4 and 8 o'clock" in the anus. These "sacs" secrete a substance onto their feces as a marking. These sacs can sometimes become infected or get an absess. If the absess rutures it will cause a discharge from the area under the tail/ around the anus. I would suggest getting the animal to the veterinarian soon to see what is going on. If it is an anal gland issues these are very uncomfortable for the animal and can make it painful for them to "poop".
like someone said could be uti the bedding you are using can cause that.
It might be a girl who is in heat.
You need to take it to a vet. This could be very serious. You can find rabbit savvy vets at this website http://www.rabbit.org
