One as hade two babies and still is alive but the ather one as not had her baby.And they got pregnant at the same time.(It was in axssadent.)oops!

She might not be in labor yet..if she is panting and you see her mving around to get comfortable it is probably gonna happen.Maybe she just ate to mich and isnt actually pregnant!
I certainly hope you are not going to try an at home abortion on a guinea pig. What kind of advice are you looking for? Once they have the babies, take them to the pet shop.

if your gunieapigs are healthy dont worry are they kept together if so seperate them if the gunieapig has not had her babys soon take her to the vet
they might not have gotten pregnant at the exact same time bit if it takes too long go to a vet
In the right conditions sperm can be viable inside its 'host' for a few days.
If two women got pregnant one the same day, odds are they wouldn't deliver on the same day either.
Even if it was an 'accident' you need to separate all the guinea pigs by sex. no more oops!! There are enough homeless pets.
