Wow! That's awesome. The best thing to do is to wait until they start to walk around for themselves.Or about three weeks when they are weened. After about ten days they should be fully furred then they are safe to touch. No it is not a very good idea to leave the other female as she could become jealous and very violent. The best thing is to let the mother have her own space to raise her young. Then eventually you can introduce the other mice. Make sure when they reach maturity(five to six weeks) to separate them (they will mate with each other).
If you have anymore questions just ask. :)

Mice that live together will actually help each other take care of the babies. They should be fine together. Once the baby mice have hair and start moving around, you should be able to hold them. Dont touch them until they are 2 weeks old or have hair, otherwise the mother might not like the way they smell and reject them.
Take the other female out and don't touch them for at least a week.
When our Dwarf Hamster gave birth, we were told to take all other hamsters out of the cage and not to touch the babies or even clean the cage for at least 2 weeks.

But for mice, try here:

ewww! why would you want to touch a mouse in the first place? However if we can hold and touch a human newborn within seconds of being born then what should stop you from touching a newborn mouse. Hmmm
when they are fully grown, touch em and the mother will eat em!
lol
no serious send em to me i'll give em back when they are my snakes faeces no worries then.
heard they did tho and if you touch them she'll loose her scent of em so best leave them alone til they are weened?
don't kno bout the other mother tho?!?!?
I always left other females in with the mom and never had anything bad happen.
Cool! I had a mouse that a 5 once. Dont touch them until they are 2-3 weeks old. Take the other female out.
no do NOT touch the babies! It is a good idea to keep your other female in the cage because she can baby sit so the mother can eat
