My neighbour wants to take me to court even though consent was given to use his pet wich ended up being broken
Answers:
hahahaha there so selfish! you were only trying to show him a good time and let him experience speed for once in his otherwise dreary life, did the sellotape not work then?
what did you do to his pet?
what was broken, the pet or the consent?
I think that your neighbour needs some discussion with you. Go and talk to him
Try new batteries.
im not sure how you break a pet, does he want to sue you for vet bills or did you kill it? if you were cruel to his pet i think perhaps you should not only be sued but go to prison, if it was a genuine accident prove it was such and he wont win a court case, your question does not give enough information about what type of animal or how you "broke it"
Need more info to answer your question.what was broken?
u did what???
Caveat Emptor springs to mind, but I don't know why 'cos it's not relevant to this question. This is more a question of quid pro quo, or ad infinitum, or something. It's pet-based and contractual and we don't like contracting our pets, it's base. It's only a humble opinion, noe that mutters quietly in the corner. Why do I keep typing when the plot is long since gone? It's a form of loneliness brought on by the death of my family in the farmyard. I wonder, mmm, yes please, more tea. Ooh bourbon creams preferably.
Did either of you sign an agreement?
What was broken? The pet? ie. is it dead??
Contact your solicitor and get on your knees!
I love 'Y Answers'. Questions like yours make it all so worth while.
OK, so what did you do to this pet witch that was so awful? Is it allowed to dress your neighbours pets as witches and then abuse them? With or without consent.
What kind of neighbour gives consent to abuse cross dressing pet witches, anyhow?
Or was the witch domesticated, which made it a pet witch? Or was it a wild witch pet that could not be trained?
Which pet witch was it wot got abused?
We really do need to know. I can't wait. Please tell us some more details. This is headline news.
If I lent someone something, I would expect to get it back undamaged and in working order.
I borrowed a carpenters vice from a neighbour once and it broke in my care, I bought him a new one and apologised. No problem, going to court will cost more money, replace or repair is the answer and settle out of court.
So get his petwich repaired and return it with an apology, thank him profusely for his kindness and give him a bottle of wine as a little present, or something like that
I'm sorry to hear that! In the mean time try using super glue it usually works for my CATastrophes har har
what did you use his pet for?? And how did you break it.?
You seem to ask a lot of questions about animals and how you can fix the damage you've done to them!
THEN YOU SHOULD REPLACE IT OR GET IT FIXED FOR THEM.
IF HE WAS GOOD ENOUGH TO LET YOU USE IT THEN THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS GIVE IT BACK IN THE SAME CONDITION.
IF YOUR NOT PREPARED TO DO THAT THEN HAVE A GOOD DAY IN COURT!
I HOPE YOUR NEIGHBOUR HAS LEARNT HIS LESSEN AND NEVER LEND'S YOU ANTHING EVER AGAIN.
AND I HOPE YOU HAVE LEARNT YOUR LESSEN AND WILL LOOK AFTER OTHER PEOPLE'S PROPERTY THAT THEY HAVE BEEN GOOD ENOUGH TO LEND YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE.
I THINK YOU OWN YOUR NEIGHBOUR A BIG APOLOGY AND MAYBE A YEAR'S SUPPLY OF BATTERIES FOR HIS PET THAT YOU BROKE AND WILL HAVE TO REPLACE.
If you did naughty things to your neighbors pet then you should pay for any damage. you should also find yourself a girlfriend. this might help you stay away from the neighbors pets
Next time get it in writing!
what did you do to it
how did you come to break his pet then? thanks for the points, don't really understand the question!
