My female dog is in heat, but doesn't want to mate with the male dog, what could be the problem?

Maybe the male dog is just inexperienced at mating or she doesnt KNOW the male dog! Alot of times if the male is inexperienced and not quite sure what to do then the female will take charge and not give it up! Try finding a different stud for her - one that has experience in this! Good luck
