My female angora rabbit is agressive. How can I calm her down?

Answers:
Give her a place in her cage to hide, like one of those hollow half-logs or a box, and don't handle her unless she comes to the front of the cage. She needs to feel in control of her space. When you take her out, pet her for a short time and give her a treat, and put her back the minute you think she might be starting to get difficult. Once she knows she's safe with you, and she can get back home when she needs to, she might be more tolerant.
Also, give her something to keep her busy, like a chew toy, something to dig in, newspaper to shred, or hay. Many animals are cranky when they're bored.
Give her a carrot and while she is gnawing on it, gently pet her and talk to her in a soothing voice. This way she will begin to associate you with food. Of course that might make her eat you. Good luck.
Is she spayed? If not it's likely her hormones. Did you know that unspayed female rabbits have a very high cancer rate? For other tips go to http://www.rabbit.org
Take it out side it probobly wants to have fun.
Let her trust you, make her feel like she is in a safe environment and make sure she is healthy

Also get, her spayed, it always helps them and makes them so much more calm!
I have 4 rabbits, i was told that one was female but later found out it was a male, he is aggressive %26 horny, i gave him his own toy and he is much happier. Maybe your rabbit is male, throw a fluffy stuffed toy about the rabbits size into her cage %26 see what she does. My female rabbits are not aggressive like the males. Maybe she is scared.
